Virtual Drive Mobile App Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of the Virtual Drive mobile application. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Mobile App Privacy Notice.

Account access

The app is a companion to Virtual Drive’s website and learning platform. It does not create accounts or sell courses. Enrolled-course features require an existing eligible Virtual Drive account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.

Educational use

Course requirements, timing, sequence, exams, completion, certificates, and regulatory records remain controlled by Virtual Drive’s learning platform and applicable program rules. Video playback position or practice-test activity alone does not establish course completion.

Practice questions

The Class C practice test contains original general driver-safety study questions. Licensing rules vary by state. The practice test is not an official licensing examination and does not guarantee a passing score, license, certificate, or regulatory result.

Acceptable use

You may use the app only for lawful personal educational purposes. You may not share protected course access, attempt to bypass enrollment or progression controls, interfere with security, extract protected media, misuse another person’s account, or use the service in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

Availability and devices

Internet access and a compatible device may be required. Features may change as the learning platform, course requirements, operating systems, and service providers change. We may suspend access when needed for security, maintenance, misuse prevention, or account eligibility.

Intellectual property

The app, course materials, videos, graphics, software, and related content are owned by or licensed to Virtual Drive and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Disclaimer

The app and practice materials are provided for educational use. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly required by applicable law or a separate written agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
